	Some Things You Should Know: 1) All of the brass options available cost the same. You will not be charged more or less for a different plating option over brass. The price will increase only if you change the material from brass to sterling silver, or to 10k gold. 2) Please refer to our Swarovski Crystal Color Chart to check the stone colors that are available. It will help us if you specify the names of the stone colors in the "additional details" portion of this form. Please note, if you include more than 3 different colors to be used on your pendant, you may be charged additional for each color you add.

It takes up time to look through your custom pendant design and give you an accurate price quote. Therefore, we require a $25.00 deposit to get your custom pendant quote in order to help eliminate non-serious inquiries.

An Email will be sent to you with your price quote within 72 business hours from the date you submit your custom jewelry quote request. If you agree to the quoted price and decide to order, we will apply the $25.00 deposit you have paid towards the quoted price of the pendant.

After receiving payment of the quoted price in full, we will provide you with a free 3D graphic design via Email for your approval prior to making your pendant. Once the 3D graphic design of your custom pendant has been approved by you, we will begin the production process the following business day. Custom jewelry orders will normally require 4-6 weeks to process & ship out (from the date the 3D artwork has been approved by the customer).

As stated above, we provide a FREE 3D graphic design with all pendant orders if you decide to order your pendant. However, if you would like to request a graphic design to show you how your logo, drawing, design, or picture will look as a pendant, prior to actually purchasing your pendant, we can provide one for you. The cost for providing a professional graphic design for your pendant is $150.00. Please remember that when you do decide to order your pendant, the $150.00 will be fully credited towards the original quoted price of your pendant (you do not lose the $150). The only way you can lose the $150 is if you never end up ordering the pendant. But you will still have the design so you can use it for a future purchase of the same pendant made with ThugFashion.com or any other jeweler you decide to go with.

If you decide that you are NOT going to purchase the custom pendant or a 3D design for any reason, the $25 deposit you pay today can be refunded to your credit card in full.
